Q. Are all natural foods more expensive?
A. Compared to most commercial brands you’ll spend a little more, but if you look at the amount you’re supposed to feed it’s usually half to a third as much. So in reality it’s very comparable.
Q. Is there an extra charge for the delivery?
A. No. Delivery is absolutely free 7 days a week.
Q. Do I have to be home when you deliver the food?
A. No. As long as you pay by credit card or leave cash or check by your door we can deliver it anytime.
Q. My dog/cat is eating less of your food than the previous food I was feeding. Is that okay?
A. Yes. Our food is so nutritious that it’s fine for your pet to eat less. Some cases, Pets will eat up to half less proportions than what they were previously eating. The more nutritious the food the fuller they get.
Q. My dog/cat has lost weight on your food is that okay? Should I increase my pet’s feeding?
A. It’s natural when you switch your dog on to a healthy food that some weight loss may occur, that’s healthy. It’s okay to increase the feeding because what you’re feeding is nutritious.
